Today - June 18, 2002 the Fed-Ex truck pulled up with what I thought was an 8 pound bouncing baby in a box. It turned out to be this nice coffee table book about the proposed Packery Channel Project. The Draft EIS to be exact! 

Here is just a small portion of this 1 inch plus report. I will post more when I get a chance and I will be looking forward to the PDF version to post as well. May God have mercy my scanner!
